When you subscribe we collect your email address and name to enable us to notify you of promotions and new flavor launches. We will never sell or give away your information. We hate spam as much as anyone!

Shipping & Fullfilment:

At this time we are not shipping, local pick-up is the only option to receive our delicious ice cream. Our newsletter is a great way to find out when we do start to ship. Order fulfillment will happen within three days or fewer. On rare occasions, if we're unable to fulfill within that time frame you will be notified.

This website offers visitors ice cream in various quantities and flavors. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Returns and refunds are only accepted if you receive the incorrect product and before consumption. Opened containers are not returnable and will not be refunded.
